Nora D. Volkow, International Prize 2009

Nora D. Volkow is the winner of the International Prize 2009.

"I have always been interested in the loss of control, the reasons why an individual, in certain circumstances, no longer has free will or the capacity to chose what they want or do not want to do. Volkow, 2009 winner of Inserm's International Prize, to become one of the world-renown specialists in brain mechanisms on addiction.
