Dominique Costagliola (Inserm Unit 943/ Paris)
Dominique Costagliola* is a specialist in biostatistics and epidemiology. She was interested in HIV from the 1980s. She first contributed to estimating the infection's hidden parameters, particularly its incubation period. She then demonstrated that action can be taken up to birth to protect a new-born from contamination by its mother.
